Анотація: Естетичне виховання - цілеспрямований, систематичний вплив на особистість з метою її естетичного розвитку, тобто формування творчо активної особистості, здатної сприймати і оцінювати прекрасне в природі, праці, суспільних відносинах з позицій естетичного ідеалу, а також відчувати потребу в естетичній діяльності.

Times change. We begin to forget the idea that moral and cultural problems is only one, and also the right decision. Man is constantly being raised, his personality is formed throughout life. Education complex dialectical process, focused on the impact of which is complicated by the wide range of circumstances and coincidences of various influences on young students. The process of education is aimed at the formation of socially significant qualities of the person, to expand the circle of its relationship to the world, to the society and people. The wider and deeper personality system of relations to various aspects of life, the richer her own spiritual world.
Person - an individual is (conditionally) the set of physical and mental content. The human psyche (in the materialistic concept - a product of highly organized matter), in turn, is divided (not abruptly) into two parts: the emotions and consciousness. Consciousness distinguishes man from the animal, it reflects the world in the human brain. Consciousness is the basis of what is called personality.
Existing in a particular social and physical environment, interacting with other people and nature, participating in social production, the person manifests itself as a complex of self-managed system with a huge range of different qualities and properties. This system is - personality.
An objective manifestation of personality expresses itself in any and all interactions with the outside world. Subjectively, it manifests itself as an awareness of human existence, the "I" in the world and the community of their own kind (self-awareness).
Personality - is the mental, the spiritual essence of man, serving in a variety of generalized system of quality:
All this forms a substantial generalization of "personality" [1, p. 115].
Education - is the process of transferring the accumulated knowledge of generations and the cult of values. Education - this is one way of human entry into the world of science and culture. Of course all science as a science of teaching fine arts has its own methodology, the terms system and its theoretical foundation.
Art requires a non-human courage. But in any process has its own logic, the laws, their points of reference and value criteria.
The term aesthetic education is associated with the notion of aesthetics (from the Greek aisthesis -. A feeling, a feeling), denoting philosophical science of beauty. The essence of aesthetic education is to organize a variety of artistic and aesthetic activities of students, aimed at developing their ability to fully perceive and correctly understand the beauty in art and in life, on the development of aesthetic ideas, concepts, tastes and beliefs, as well as the development of creative gifts and talents in the arts. [3, p. 79].
Without the aesthetic relation worldview can not be truly whole, capable of objectively and in its entirety to embrace reality. It is not possible to imagine human society without a history of its cultural and artistic development, just as it is impossible to imagine without a cultural man developed aesthetic views.
Aesthetic education system designed to teach to see the beauty around you and in the surrounding reality, and it must be above all a unified, unifying all the means of art.
The most important part of aesthetic education is an art education, using as a means of educational influence of art forming the special abilities and talents in developing certain of its kinds - visual, music, dance, theater, arts - crafts, etc. Art - creativity in a socially homogeneous environment becomes a powerful factor in the aesthetic impact on the person. Moral - aesthetic penetrates deeply into the work of art, literature, urban development and a new way of life of people, their relationships to each other.
In the process of education occurs familiarizing individuals to the values, translate them into the inner spiritual content through internalization. On this basis, it is formed and develops a person's ability to aesthetic perception and experience. Education and beauty through the beauty of forms not only aesthetic - value orientation of personality, but also develops the ability to be creative, to the creation of aesthetic values in the workplace, at home, in their actions and behavior, and of course in the art.
Aesthetic Education Problems associated with the formation of each educability aesthetic creative ability. The main thing is to cultivate and develop the qualities of the needs and abilities of the person, which transform the individual into an active creator, the creator of aesthetic values, allow him to not only enjoy the beauty of the world, but also to transform it to the laws of beauty. Optimization of the process of artistic and aesthetic education contributes to higher and secondary educational institutions: universities of culture and arts, art and music schools.
In the current socio-economic conditions, the purpose of higher education in the high schools of culture and arts is the development of future specialists of professional competence and culture, creating opportunities to improve in creative activities. Of special significance is the formation of the spiritual culture of the future graduates, providing a continuous movement to the highest human ideals and values. The instability of the spiritual condition of modern society points to the need to strengthen the role of the artistic and aesthetic education, as it provides a unique opportunity for self-identity in a creative musical activity.
Work on the artistic and aesthetic education of students should be considered as one of the priorities of the high schools of culture and arts, which can lead to an increase in the value of higher art education, professional capacity and increase the number of graduates working in their specialty.
Artistic and aesthetic education can be carried out successfully if it is based on an artistic education. The basis of the art training constitute the general laws and principles of art education, established in various art forms, traditional methods of practical artistic pedagogy. Currently, however, it failed to create a more or less adequate business model for the development of artistic and aesthetic education of students, suggesting a relationship between the methodologies of artistic education and artistic and aesthetic education.
Aesthetic education contributes to the formation of comprehensively developed person, moral and intellectual self-improvement of the individual student. During the formation of the aesthetic relation to the validity of the students develop aesthetic consciousness, which gives an indication of the degree of aesthetic culture of the person.
Aesthetic culture is an indicator of the level of aesthetic development and education of the student. In essence, man is called to create beauty and to realize themselves through aesthetic culture. Under the aesthetic culture of the individual is to be understood a certain level of capacity saturation and focus the emotional and sensual experience, and spiritual pleasure, joy of man from all kinds of its life [2, p. 312].
Human culture can be expressed in words or gestures, in a mathematical formula or historical treatise. But the main way of expression is a work activity, as it was in work opens up limitless opportunities for the manifestation of all the essential powers of man. And labor is a factor in the rise and development of the individual. See in the work of the creative source of beauty - it means to create beauty and in accordance with them to transform the surrounding reality.

In order to achieve highly aesthetic development of students need to get the whole system of aesthetic education was unified and integrated all academic disciplines, the whole social life of the student, with each school subject, every activity has contributed to the formation of aesthetic culture of the individual student.
Aesthetic education in high school helps to activate students' self-awareness, the formation of their active social position, based on humanistic values; harmonies the emotional and communicative sphere and reduces the severity of the response to stressful situations, ie, student behavior optimizes and extends its capabilities for communication in joint activities with the team.
In the educational process the teacher should ensure the establishment of a student's personality, which will combine spiritual wealth, the true aesthetic qualities, moral purity and high intellectual potential.

The impact of these funds on the students will not only expand their intellectual horizons, as well as self-creativity and strengthen aesthetic position. Aesthetic education plays an important role in the education of highly educated, cultural and moral person, provides an integrated approach to the development of personality, and it manifests itself in his attitude to the people, to work, to art and to life in general. Assessing the role of aesthetic education in students' development as a whole, we can say that it contributes to the formation of their creative potential by providing a variety of positive effects on the development of various properties within the range of the creative personality.
Thus, the aesthetic education - targeted, systematic effects on a person with a view to its aesthetic development, ie the formation of creative activity of the person, capable to perceive and evaluate the beauty in nature, work, social relations from the standpoint of the aesthetic ideal, and feel the need for aesthetic activity.
The content of the contemporary artistic and pedagogical education and aesthetic education based on the development of artistic and creative abilities of the individual, where artistic creativity brings educational function, creating social consciousness. The formation of aesthetic tastes, ideological positions and the development of practical artistic and creative skills to a great extent depends on the personal characteristics of the student, from the psychological-pedagogical methods and ways of influence on personality, motivational factors of development, expressed in self-regulation and aspiration of the person to identify and realize their creative potential [4, p. 7].
