Abstract: Morpho-anatomical structure of the endemic leaf - Iris korolkowii and Iris stolonifera under the conditions of the introduction of the Botanical Garden named acad. F.N. Rusanov Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Identified for diagnostic signs Hexapogon section may serve for identification of plant raw material.

Abstract: The anatomical structure of the vegetative organs of the Red Data Book rare endemic Iris svetlanae has been studied. Diagnostic signs of a leaf, vagina of leaf and stem were determined. Identified signs can serve in the identification of plant material.

Summary: On the base of ontogeny it was revealed the structure of 7 cenotic populations of Stipa aktauensis Roshev, which is growing on remote mountains of Kuldzhuktau, Auminzatau, Muruntau, Tamdytau, Aktau (Kyzylkum desert). All investigated coenopopulations are normal, but most of them are not complete. The ontogenetic structure studied coenopopulation (CP) of Stipa aktauensis are different: varied: they were central (CP 1, 5 and 7), left-side (CP 3, 4 and 6) and the right-side (CP 2).
