Resume. In the given article described principle of design of electromagnetic transducers of values and phases of primary current of power net to secondary voltage on the bases of new construction of magnetic transformers circuits. Classical electromagnetic current transducers – transformers (EMСT), which using in electrical nets of power supply systems, constructed on the bases a closely magnetic conversion systems - circuits, have a low accuracy during conversion, operational limitation, when the are installed in one, three and multi - phases electric nets. In the given materials analyzed of the constructions of magnetic part of electromagnetic transducers of primary current to secondary voltage which used in electrical nets of power supply systems, methods of improving their principles of design and developing of characteristics.

Summary: Failure models and multichannel signature analysis use approaches for multi output digital devices diagnostics are considered in this article. Principles of digital devices, technical data analyses and diagnostics methodology necessary for search failure localization are given. It has been shown that the authenticity of digital devices operation is defined by the diagnostics methods which are used for equipment availability and failure identification.

Summary. The corresponding sub-system deals with measurable properties that can be orthogonal outputs of filters, or any other potential operators.

If the output signal is continuous it is quantized as if the logic, then this is perceived, and each digital input signal is treated as a dimension. Proposed in this paper, an automatic signal detection system allows the device structure based on mass-produce integrated circuits and microprocessors to develop a model and prototype systems.
