Summary: The article is devoted to revelation of specifics of elderly people interpersonal communication depending on their living conditions. The elderly people interpersonal communication is deemed to be a process of formation of emotional relationships of personality. It had been founded that older people who live with a family have more opportunities for positive development of their interpersonal communication.

Summary: In the article problems of training future managers leisure industry in higher education were presented and they were reviewed through the prism of marketing approach.The specifics of marketing approach inthe training of future managers of leisure industry was disclosed and the results of this approach in the modern educational environmentwere identified.
