Summary: The article analyses organisational and methodical bases of monitoring the financial condition of the company, which is presented as a complex of measures of organisational, methodical and managerial nature. Justifies urgency and practical significance of introduction of the system of monitoring the financial condition of the company as a basic element of the system of the financial management system of the enterprise in modern economic conditions.
