Summary: The difficulties of teachers during teaching profession beginning have been studied in the paper. The results of evaluation by experts of professional activity of teachers have been presented. Simultaneously the difficulties faced by teachers during entry into the teaching profession were analyzed. During the practical development of teaching profession young teachers face serious problems: external, objective nature and the difficulties caused by personal, psychological reasons; caused by the inability to use theoretical knowledge for solving educational problems.

Abstract. With use of widely penetrated in Russian studies self-consciousness evaluation method by V. V. Stolin and S. R. Panteleev it is shown that the compensation strategy of subjective social deficits in alcohol abusers and selfie-addicts is same, but quantitative differences do individuals with addiction to self-portrait photography much more adaptable and allow them to stay within the mental norm.

Summary: Psychological features of formation of teachers understanding of a schoolchild’s personality has been examined in the present study. The results of the experiment on respondents reflection of own system of evaluation criteria and the perception of another person, their rethinking and adjustment based on psychological and educational theory; mastery of skills cognition of partners in communication; clarifying of own "implicit concept of personality", in the light of which the other people are assessed and relationships with them are built.

Summary: Psychological characteristics of teachers’ personality formation have been examined in the study. The results of the training on teachers’ self-consciousness have been presented. Active participation in the training enhances the teachers’ personality awareness, dispersion of illusory perception of themselves and their image in the eyes of other people (including schoolchildren), which in turn leads to positive disintegration of the integrity of personality structure that was provided primarily by mechanisms of psychological protection: the following self-analyses, self-awareness and self-improvement provide further integration of the personality to a higher level of development.
