Summary: In this article from the perspective of the technological paradigm deals with the category of "invalidity of a transaction". As its basis it uses the requirements of the technological process, mediated in local regulatory legal acts. The system of norms regulating these relationships are inherent in the normative separateness, a certain subject structure, the legal mechanism of their implementation.
